I'm Robert, cofounder of Riot IQ. We're building RIOT IQ, a professional online IQ testing and cognitive assessment platform for psychologists, researchers, clinicians, employers, institutions, and curious individuals. We're US based and 100% remote. We are hiring software engineers, full stack engineers, product designers, design engineers, and AI native fresh grads. The most interesting project is building an AI based human intelligence predictor using our in house assessment data. That means working with response patterns, timing data, item performance, scoring, validation, dashboards, model evaluation, privacy, and product UX. You might work on a variety of things as well but all related to predicting human intelligence. What matters most to us: 1. Strong product sense 2. Clear communication 3. High ownership 4. Taste in software, design, and user experience 5. Fast learning 6. Interest in AI, cognitive science, psychometrics, or research tools Useful experience includes TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node, Postgres, Python, data pipelines, ML workflows, dashboards, edtech, healthcare, or research tools.
