neocom | Senior Frontend Engineer | Onsite | Munich, Germany | Full-time

We at neocom are building shop agents for online retailers. Customers can chat naturally, get clear guidance, and find the right product faster, just like talking to a great, opinionated salesperson in a physical store or like chatting with an LLM, that actually knows about the products in the shop and has an opinion about them. We are based in Munich with a strong onsite culture (not full time). We've been in the guided selling space for the past 6 years and launched our new product, the Shop Agent, last year in November. Our customers who are already on this new product are loving it and demand more and more features. We are now looking for founding frontend engineers who can help our engineering team (4 people + 2 starting in September). We consider our selfs as craftsman, who care a lot about quality. A lot.
