Contract Product Designer

At Wayline, we’re building AI voice operators that handle leasing, maintenance, and tenant communication for thousands of rental units. What you’ll do Design end-to-end product experiences across our product Design desktop, responsive, and native mobile experience . Design and ship AI-native interfaces where humans and agents interact seamlessly Help create, expand, and define our Design System Library Obsess over consistent well thought out design flows that result in great user experiences. What we’re looking for Strong Visual Design - Good Aesthetics design principles that are flexible not grounded in one type of design. Solid UX Fundamentals — You care about how it works, not just how it looks. Strong Experience with Figma Variables, Tokens, Components, and Flows. - Experienced using and building design sytems Experience working with engineering - You can understand technical limitations and edge cases. Familiar with maximizing AI effectively - You looks for ways to speed things up without losing quality Passionate about the UX of AI - How to create better experience working with agents (could be invisible) Bonus : Technical Experience - Development, Vibe Coding, Working with Code.
