Role Overview

Join BILL's vision-driven team to innovate and build cutting-edge solutions. As a Senior Communications Manager, AI & Innovation, you'll own BILL's AI and innovation narrative, translating complex topics into clear stories that build confidence and excitement across audiences. You'll partner with product and engineering executives to develop messaging around AI strategy, product innovation, and evolving ways of working.

What You Will Do

You'll lead communications strategy and execution for product launches, deliver coordinated internal and external messaging, and support engineering and technical teams with targeted internal and external communications. You'll also offer strategic guidance and communications support to senior leaders across Product and Engineering.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of experience in external and internal communications
  • Strong depth across internal, external, and executive communications
  • Genuine experience operating across all three
  • Proven track record in both internal and external communications
  • Experience supporting product executives and building communications strategies around product innovation, launches, or technology change
  • Real enthusiasm for AI and hands-on curiosity
  • Exceptional storytelling instincts
  • Event management experience, including product showcases
  • Experience communicating about fintech, product launches, or customer-facing innovation
  • Startup mentality, high autonomy, comfort with ambiguity, and a bias toward action and experimentation
