Mercier Consultancy Group is proud to present a Dutch-Speaking Video Streaming Customer Experts position in Bulgaria, offering Dutch-speaking professionals the opportunity to work remotely within Bulgaria for a leading name in the global streaming platforms industry. In this dynamic role, you will serve as a trusted point of contact for Dutch-speaking subscribers, helping them get the most out of their digital entertainment experience.
What You Will Do
Provide high-quality customer support to Dutch-speaking users of a premium video streaming platform via phone, email, and live chat channels. Assist subscribers with account management inquiries, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and guide customers through platform features.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Native or fluent Dutch language skills are essential for this role. Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field is an advantage, particularly within the streaming platforms or digital media industry. Strong digital literacy and a genuine enthusiasm for streaming platforms, online entertainment, and emerging media technologies are required.
Requirements
