Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Estonian Speaking Solutions Consultant to join a dynamic Customer Support Services team in Sofia, Bulgaria. The role involves providing professional, accurate, and timely support to Estonian-speaking customers across multiple communication channels. The ideal candidate will have native or fluent proficiency in Estonian, a good command of English, and previous experience in customer support or a related field.
What You Will Do
Serve as the primary point of contact for Estonian-speaking customers, diagnose and resolve customer queries, maintain detailed records of customer interactions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer journey resolution.

Requirements
- Native or fluent proficiency in Estonian (both spoken and written)
