UNITE is partnering with a rapidly growing organisation to appoint an experienced Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). This executive leadership role is responsible for shaping and executing the company's global people strategy, driving organisational growth, and fostering a high-performance culture.The ideal candidate is a strategic HR leader with extensive executive experience, a strong commercial mindset, and a proven ability to lead organisations through periods of growth and transformation.QualificationsDemonstrated expertise in core Human Resources (HR) functions, including strategic HR leadership and HR operations.Strong knowledge of HR Policies, compliance, and governance frameworks relevant to global or multi-jurisdictional organizations.Proven experience in Employee Relations, conflict resolution, and fostering an inclusive, respectful workplace culture.Ability to design and manage Talent Management programs, including succession planning and leadership development.Track record in Performance Management, including goal-setting frameworks, feedback processes, and performance review systems.Extensive experience in senior HR or people leadership roles, ideally in technology, digital, or professional services environments.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote setting.Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities, including use of HR data and metrics to guide strategy and improvements.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is an advantage.Please mention the word **ACCURATE** and tag RMmEwMjo0NzgwOjc5OjRmZjc6OjE= when applying to show you read the job post completely (#RMmEwMjo0NzgwOjc5OjRmZjc6OjE=).
