Klaimee is building liability coverage for the mistakes and failures of AI agents. We are a Y Combinator company backed by insurance capacity from-rated Bermuda-based partner, which powers our first product: a warranty for AI agent failures. Every company deploying AI agents will need this. Nobody owns the category yet.
Find Klaimee’s repeatable go-to-market motion - then own it. You will work directly with the founders to test customer segments, positioning, pricing, sales motions, and distribution partnerships. This is not a role where you inherit a playbook. Your job is to help us create one.
What you’ll own
Direct sales. Build a pipeline of companies deploying AI agents and own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
Customer discovery. Develop a deep understanding of what prevents companies from deploying agents and where liability, procurement, indemnification, and insurance become blockers.
GTM experiments. Test different customer segments, messages, pricing models, outbound strategies, and sales processes.
Embedded partnerships. Originate partnerships with AI platforms, agent frameworks, testing providers, and marketplaces that can offer Klaimee’s coverage to their customers.
Sales infrastructure. Build the CRM, reporting, qualification process, pipeline management, and early sales playbook.
Product feedback. Turn customer conversations into clear recommendations for the founders and product team.
Revenue. Carry a number from day one, with targets set and revised together as we learn.
What success looks like in 12 months
We have identified the customer profiles and use cases where Klaimee is a must-have.
We have a repeatable direct sales motion supported by closed deals, not just promising conversations.
At least one embedded distribution partnership is producing a meaningful pipeline.
Customer feedback is consistently shaping the product, coverage, and positioning.
The founders are no longer responsible for every part of day-to-day selling.
You have built the case to lead the broader GTM team we hire next.
Who you are
You have 3 - 8 years of B2B go-to-market experience, including genuine zero-to-one revenue work.
You may have been a founding AE, early GTM hire, growth lead, partnerships lead, or founder who sold your own product.
You are highly experimental. You can form a hypothesis, launch an initiative quickly, study the results, and change direction without getting attached to your original idea.
You are equally comfortable prospecting, running customer calls, writing positioning, building a pipeline model, and helping shape the product.
You have strong product instincts and want to understand why customers behave the way they do, not simply push them through a sales process.
You are driven, resourceful, and comfortable operating without much structure.
You communicate clearly and can make a genuinely new category feel simple and urgent.
Bonus points if you have sold to AI-native companies, developer-tool companies, risk or compliance teams, or enterprise technology buyers.
What we offer
Competitive salary with a meaningful variable component tied to the number you own, plus significant founding-team equity - discussed openly in our first conversation. Full ownership of go-to-market at the ground floor of a new category, working directly with the founders.
