Working closely with senior PMs, engineering, design, and merchant success, you'll help turn feedback and data into clear requirements, track feature performance, and build a strong foundation in product execution. This role is ideal for someone early in their product career who learns fast, asks good questions, and takes ownership of their work.

What You'll Do:


Gather and organize merchant feedback, support tickets, and usage data to help identify pain points and opportunities

Assist in writing clear requirement docs (PRDs, user stories)

Track feature adoption and performance metrics; build reports and analyses for the team

Support competitor and market research to spot trends in the app industry

Coordinate with engineering, design, and merchant success to keep projects on track and follow up on action items

Build understanding of shopper behavior and market context as a foundation for future roadmap ownership


What You'll Bring:


~2 years of experience in a related field

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Analytical mindset with comfort working with data

Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and a proactive attitude

Ability to work cross-functionally and take feedback well

Fluent in English
