Senior UX Designer (AI-Augmented)

About the Role As a Senior Product UX Designer , you will own the end-to-end design work for global digital products and platforms. You will connect craft, systems, and delivery by shaping product direction, defining requirements, and partnering effectively with Agile teams through implementation. Bring your interaction design fundamentals, visual quality standards and practical experience using AI tools to accelerate exploration and raise the quality of your output. Working in a multidisciplinary environment with Agile teams, you will collaborate across time zones to align design decisions and deliver impactful outcomes. Responsibilities Own the design process from early exploration through delivery by creating user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs Create polished product experiences, scalable components, and clear documentation in Figma to support collaboration and design system handoffs Leverage AI tools as part of your day-to-day workflow to support ideation, accelerate exploration, and raise the quality of design outputs Apply strong visual and interaction design judgment to create intuitive and functional experiences with meticulous attention to hierarchy and usability Communicate design rationale clearly to influence stakeholders and make sound decisions based on user, business and technical considerations Collaborate effectively across global multidisciplinary teams and time zones to align design decisions and deliver strong outcomes Contribute to product definition by helping clarify requirements, shaping user stories and supporting backlog refinement Use visual collaboration tools like Miro to structure ideas, map journeys and build clear narratives that align teams around complex problems Requirements Relevant senior-level experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer within enterprise, B2B, digital product or platform environments Strong portfolio demonstrating clear product thinking, solid design execution and the ability to solve real user and business problems Comprehensive understanding of product design fundamentals including interaction design, usability, responsive layouts and systems thinking Strong hands-on experience utilizing Figma for component creation, prototyping, design systems and collaborative workflows Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools such as Claude Code, VS Code, Codex, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity or Figma Make to accelerate research, structure thinking and support design-to-delivery workflows Track record of effectively partnering with Agile teams through implementation, iteration, and handoff Comfort making sound product decisions independently while contributing effectively to a highly collaborative global team Exceptional communication skills in English with the ability to present ideas confidently and influence cross-functional stakeholders Nice to Have Background in graphic or visual design Additional language skills such as Mandarin, Cantonese or Japanese to support regional client engagements Benefits By choosing EPAM, you're getting a job at one of the most loved workplaces according to Newsweek 2021 & 2022 & 2023 Employee ideas are the main driver of our business.
