Support Engineer (APAC)

About the Role We are seeking a Support Engineer to join the Supabase team, focused on providing technical support to our customers in the APAC region. As a Support Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting users with issues, troubleshooting problems, and helping customers get the most out of Supabase. Key Responsibilities Provide responsive and effective technical support to Supabase users in the APAC region Troubleshoot technical issues and help resolve customer problems Maintain detailed documentation and communication with customers Collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify and escalate bugs or feature requests Contribute to the knowledge base and community resources Requirements Strong technical background with experience in software engineering or a related field Experience with databases, particularly PostgreSQL Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently Based in or willing to work with the APAC timezone Nice-to-Haves Experience with Supabase or similar backend-as-a-service platforms Knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript Previous customer support or technical support experience Familiarity with REST APIs and GraphQL About Supabase Supabase is an open-source Firebase alternative providing real-time databases, authentication, and other backend services.
