Como Arquitecto Líder de Procesos, serás la pieza clave para conceptualizar, diseñar y definir arquitecturas operativas e intencionales de alto impacto, transformando flujos organizacionales bajo un esquema de trabajo 100% remoto.
Tus principales desafíos:
Diseñar el marco metodológico global para los mapeos operativos de estado actual (AS-IS) y modelados futuros (TO-BE).
Definir y estructurar arquitecturas de procesos prospectivas e intencionales alineadas a la estrategia tecnológica de la organización.
Liderar análisis estadísticos profundos, análisis de brechas y simulaciones avanzadas para sustentar la toma de decisiones críticas de negocio.
Establecer y desplegar el modelo de gobierno de la arquitectura corporativa, asegurando consistencia y escalabilidad metodológica.
Hard Skills (Requisitos Excluyentes):
Experiencia demostrable de 3+ años liderando la redefinición, diseño y transformación integral de procesos complejos.
Dominio avanzado de marcos de trabajo y metodologías: BPM / BPMN y Lean / Six Sigma.
Habilidad probada en análisis avanzado de brechas, simulaciones dinámicas y diseño conceptual TO-BE.
Sólidos conocimientos en la definición de esquemas de gobierno organizacional, métricas complejas, KPI y SLA.
Power Skills:
Proactividad y Autonomía: Capacidad innata para liderar iniciativas de arquitectura de procesos de gran escala sin supervisión constante.
Comunicación Asertiva: Destreza para interactuar con líderes técnicos y de negocio, traduciendo análisis estadísticos complejos en soluciones accionables.
Adaptabilidad al Cambio: Agilidad para asimilar dinámicas de clientes internacionales y proponer mejoras que rompan el statu quo.
