Full-Time Senior Legal & Compliance
Currently, we're hiring Legal Consultants – Energy, Oil & Gas to join us with:
- Ideally 4+ years’ experience within the energy, oil & gas space, gained either within private practice or in house
The responsibilities for this role will include:
- Working side by side with the legal and business teams of our F500 clients to help internal stakeholders meet company goals
- Providing practical legal advice / commercially tailored support on a wide spectrum of energy / oil & gas related matters
- Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and advising on a variety of agreements in relation to bids and tenders, new market entries, project financing, EPC contracts and other operational issues
- Ensuring compliance to the regulatory framework, while maintaining and updating documentation on regulatory requirements
- Manage and resolve complex joint-venture obligations in the company’s interest to mitigate potential claims and risks
