Position Summary

Alliance Animal Health is seeking a Recruitment Marketing Digital Specialist to support hiring efforts across our growing network of veterinary hospitals nationwide. This role plays a key part in attracting top veterinary talent by managing digital marketing for job boards, executing recruitment marketing campaigns, and supporting employer branding initiatives that elevate Alliance Animal Health and our partner hospitals.

This role is focused on driving measurable candidate acquisition outcomes through performance marketing, SEO optimization, and data-driven campaign execution, ensuring we reach the right candidates at the right time across digital channels.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, analytical and passionate about creating high-performing, conversion-focused recruitment marketing campaigns that connect veterinary professionals with meaningful career opportunities. This position works closely with Talent Acquisition, Operations, Analytics and Marketing teams to ensure digital advertising efforts are strategically aligned, continuously optimized, and ROI-driven across the candidate funnel.
