This role is heavily focused on high-volume hiring across sales, technology, and marketing functions. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, is confident managing multiple hiring pipelines, and excels at partnering with hiring managers to deliver results quickly and efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn full-cycle (360) recruitment across multiple role types and seniority levelsManage high-volume hiring pipelines for a key media-focused clientPartner closely with hiring managers to scope roles and drive hiring prioritiesProactively source candidates using LinkedIn and other channelsConduct candidate screening and interviews through to offer stageMaintain accurate hiring data, reporting, and pipeline tracking within ATSRequired QualificationsProven experience as a Senior Recruiter or 360 Recruiter managing full-cycle hiringDemonstrated success in high-volume recruiting across diverse functionsPrior remote work experience is non-negotiable, including fluency with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, ATS platforms); candidates must have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies—applications without this experience will not be consideredStrong stakeholder management and candidate communication skillsAbility to work consistently within EST hours and manage multiple active searchesPreferred QualificationsBackground in agency recruitment or embedded client-side recruitingExperience recruiting within podcasting, media, or digital content industriesStrong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and similar toolsTools & TechnologyApplicant Tracking Systems (ATS)LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing platformsSlack, Zoom, Google WorkspaceScheduling and interview coordination toolsPlease NOTEIt is crucial that you complete the application form in full.
