Full-Time Midweight Education & E-learning

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly autonomous, tech-forward, and experienced Manager to lead the training and development efforts across our Patient Coordinator (inside sales), Billing Call Center, Patient Experience, and Document Control teams.

This role requires a strong strategic mindset and a self-starter who thrives with little to no hand-holding. You will take ownership of our training initiatives, leveraging artificial intelligence and data analytics to identify skill gaps, build robust onboarding programs, and lead a team to execute them effectively. By fostering a culture of continuous development and utilizing modern technology, you will play a vital role in elevating employee performance, increasing productivity, and driving our overarching business goals.

The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.Remote USA$95,000—$115,000 USD
