En Rekluti, consultora especializada en talento tecnológico en LATAM, buscamos Ingeniero con Experiencia en Nube Oracle (OCI) para impulsar los proyectos de software a gran escala de nuestros principales clientes internacionales.

En este rol, serás el responsable de liderar y estructurar la infraestructura y los servicios cloud sobre tecnología OCI, colaborando bajo metodologías ágiles en una modalidad 100% remota (con disponibilidad de viajar o movilizarte a Costa Rica si el proyecto lo requiere).

  1. Tus principales desafíos:

    • Diseñar y ejecutar la ingeniería de soporte sobre servicios nativos de nube Oracle (OCI) asegurando la máxima estabilidad y performance de la arquitectura.

    • Gestionar, documentar y reportar con rigor técnico todas las evidencias y tareas dentro de la herramienta institucional del cliente final.

    • Colaborar e iterar activamente en marcos ágiles (Scrum) y prácticas DevOps para asegurar despliegues limpios y eficientes.

    • Asegurar la atención proactiva de requerimientos e incidentes dentro de las ventanas de servicio y guardias asignadas.

    Hard Skills (Requisitos Excluyentes):

    • Bachillerato universitario completo en Ciencias de la Computación (título certificado).

    • Experiencia técnica sólida y demostrable trabajando con tecnologías y servicios de nube Oracle (OCI).

    • Certificación de Scrum vigente y verificable en línea (ej. Scrum Foundations, SFC, SMC, ICP, etc.).

    • Certificación de DevOps vigente y verificable en línea (DevOps Foundation, DASA DevOps Fundamentals, DEPC, o equivalente).

    • Deseable: Certificaciones OCI vigentes.

    Power Skills:

    • Proactividad y Autonomía: Capacidad para liderar soluciones en la nube de forma independiente y gestionar incidentes críticos con agilidad.

    • Trabajo Colaborativo: Sinergia constante con equipos de desarrollo para optimizar y orquestar servicios en la nube.

    • Comunicación Asertiva: Habilidad para la redacción técnica precisa y la comunicación efectiva con stakeholders clave.

    Highlights: Proyectos globales de alto impacto. Remoto (con opción de movilización a Costa Rica según necesidades del proyecto), acompañamiento 1:1 de HRBP y desafíos técnicos de alta complejidad. Cultura de alto rendimiento e innovación.
