Job Description
Job Title: Creator Participant in [BC2W] Creator Lab Omni Backstage Sprint in NY, NY on Tuesday - Thursday, August 4-6, 2026.
Description: On August 4-6, 2026 we will be hosting an interactive event that will give the YouTube Creator Lab team the chance to learn more about the world of Creators. During the event, you and 3 other creators will each be paired with a researcher and UX Engineer to explore and prototype the tools you need to support your creator workflow. The event will be a 3 days of in-person sprinting at the YouTube office at 75 9th Avenue, New York, NY 10011 followed by 2 weeks of remote testing and feedback, and creators will be offered an incentive to thank them for their time.
Activities include:

30 minute remote call
Pre-Event virtual meeting to get to know each other, provide you with an overview of the day, and explain the activity

Post Event Activities
You will receive access to several prototypes following the event for you to test remotely for a minimum of 2-3 hours. You will also participate in two remote feedback calls at a mutually agreed upon time between the dates of Aug 10, 2026 - Aug 21, 2026.

Honorarium Details:
- 6050 USD for 3 days of participation in the YouTube Creator Lab and 30-minute pre-event remote call
- 4220 USD for travel expenses:
- Airfare from US
- 4 nights in a hotel in NY, NY
- per diem (meals/ taxi)
Total Honorarium: 10,270 USD
