Intetics Inc., a leading American technology company specializing in custom software application development, distributed professional teams creation, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is on the lookout for a Senior Business Analyst – ServiceNow SAM (Software Asset Management) to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze software asset management and software licensing processes.
  • Gather and document requirements from business stakeholders.
  • Support software compliance and optimization initiatives.
  • Design and improve SAM-related workflows and reporting.
  • Collaborate with ServiceNow architects and developers.
  • Ensure alignment between business requirements and platform capabilities.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
  • Strong experience with ServiceNow SAM.
  • Knowledge of software licensing, compliance, and software asset lifecycle management.
  • Experience with data analysis and process improvement.
  • Fluent German (C1) and English.
  • EU-based location.
