About the Role

We're looking for an Account-Based Marketing Strategist to design and execute targeted marketing programs aimed at high-value accounts. Rather than broad-reach campaigns, you'll build tailored strategies for specific target accounts or account segments — aligning closely with sales to drive pipeline, engagement, and revenue from the accounts that matter most. What You'll Do

• Design and execute account-based marketing strategies for target accounts or account segments (1:1, 1:few, or 1:many)

• Collaborate closely with sales teams to identify, prioritize, and align on target account lists

• Develop personalized campaigns, content, and messaging tailored to specific accounts, industries, or buying committees

• Coordinate multi-channel ABM programs across email, paid media, direct mail, events, and sales outreach

• Build and manage account engagement scoring and intent data to prioritize outreach timing

• Partner with sales development and account executives to orchestrate coordinated outreach touchpoints

• Track and report on ABM program performance, including account engagement, pipeline influence, and revenue impact

• Work with marketing operations and RevOps to ensure clean data, attribution, and reporting across ABM platforms

• Continuously refine target account segmentation and messaging based on performance data

What You Bring

• Proven experience running account-based marketing programs, ideally in a B2B environment

• Strong understanding of ABM strategy frameworks (1:1, 1:few, 1:many) and when to apply each

• Experience collaborating directly with sales teams on account selection and joint go-to-market execution

• Hands-on experience with ABM or marketing automation platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase, HubSpot, Marketo)

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to tie campaign activity to pipeline and revenue outcomes

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

• Comfort working with intent data and account engagement signals to inform strategy

Nice to Have

• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing attribution reporting

• Background in a specific vertical (e.g., SaaS, financial services, enterprise technology)

• Experience with paid media platforms (LinkedIn Ads, programmatic display) in an ABM context

• Familiarity with sales enablement tools and processes
