Why this grade
This listing scored 35/100, which is an F. It lost the most ground on pay transparency.
- Description depth 20 / 20 How much the posting actually says about the work, measured in characters of real text.
- Pay transparency 12 / 25 A published salary range, worth more than any other single factor because it is what a candidate cannot find out without applying.
- Remote clarity 8 / 15 Whether "remote" means anywhere, or is quietly restricted to one country.
- Role specificity 6 / 10 Whether the listing is tagged well enough to tell what the role actually is.
- Corroboration 5 / 10 Whether more than one source carries this listing.
- Freshness 4 / 15 How recently it was posted. Older postings are likelier to be filled or abandoned.
-20 Ghost-job penalty — Deducted for signals that this posting may not be a real, currently-open role — staleness, repeated relisting, or talent-pool language.
Every figure above is arithmetic over the posting itself — its salary field, its text, its age, its tags and how many sources carry it. How the grades work →

- Own the development, production, validation, secure delivery, and ongoing support of outbound pharmacy data extracts for multiple vendors through SFTP and other approved data exchange methods.
- Partner with Data Engineering, Web Development, and other Analytics teams to design, deploy, and sustain complex code and workflows.
- Collaborate with different departments to investigate and resolve ad hoc cases, addressing client-specific inquiries and internal requests with accurate, data-driven responses.
- Follow production-level code release processes while driving the improvement and evolution of departmental workflows, analytics tools, and documentation.
- Continuously monitor data quality and performance, identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Demonstrate initiative by independently managing complex tasks while contributing to a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Support broader strategic initiatives by delivering high-quality analysis that informs decision-making and advances organizational goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or another quantitative field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- 7+ years of experience in data analysis, including at least 3 years working with healthcare claims data and complex, incomplete datasets.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with the ability to identify trends, investigate root causes, and develop data-driven solutions.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy, validation, and quality assurance.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
- Advanced SQL skills with experience querying, transforming, validating, and optimizing large, complex datasets.
