What we do:
Hospitals run critical operations (staffing, labor planning, and capacity) on spreadsheets, phone calls, and gut instinct. Labor is the biggest cost and hardest operational problem, and it’s still largely manual. Vitalize is building the operating system for hospital labor (and ultimately capacity): we forecast demand from real hospital data (e.g., ADT + historical patterns + acuity) and translate that into concrete staffing decisions: next month’s schedule and the next shift.
Traction:
- Launched Jan 2024; ~$8M committed ARR across 10+ health systems (deals ~$300K–$2M)
- Live in 20+ hospitals and growing quickly
- ~$37M raised (Oak HC/FT, Norwest, .406, plus customer-investors MemorialCare & Rochester Regional Health)
