The basics: Maintouch builds AI agents to automate the trillion-dollar marketing agency industry. We've grown insanely fast in the last 9 months, and power the growth systems for 50+ of the fastest-growing companies in the world. Marketing is a series of micro-decisions based on responses to data. Maintouch connects to all your marketing data sources to plan and execute growth strategies like an expert would. I grew up working at my family's marketing agency. We're taking those learnings and using AI to automate all that work. Lean team of 7. Ex-founders and experts working in person in SoHo, NYC. Why join us? You'll build the sales function from the ground up for what we believe can become the last marketing platform. This is a founding seat with a clear, fast path to Account Executive. We're not dangling it as a someday maybe. You hit the bar, you start closing. The faster you prove it, the faster you move. You'll work directly with founders, operators, and marketing leaders at some of the fastest-growing companies in the world, and learn to sell to them. You'll be the person who turns raw outbound into a repeatable revenue machine. If you eventually want to start your own company, there is no better place to learn how great customers think, buy, object, and commit. The culture (read this part carefully): We work in person, five days a week, in SoHo. This is not a remote role and it never will be. This is a grind. We move fast, we make a high volume of dials and emails, and we expect the kind of effort that compounds. If you want a comfortable 9-to-5, this isn't it. If you want to get really good really fast, surrounded by people doing the same, it is. What you'll do Own outbound end-to-end. Prospecting, list-building, sequencing, cold calls, cold emails, social, follow-up. If it generates pipeline, you help make it great. Run high-volume outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn. Prospects should feel like you actually understand their business, not like they got blasted. Research accounts deeply. Figure out who's worth pursuing, who the real buyer is, what they care about, and what would make Maintouch indispensable to them. Build the outbound engine: sequences, call scripts, objection handling, target lists, messaging, and internal playbooks that make the whole motion sharper and more repeatable. Talk to prospects constantly. Understand what's landing, what's getting ignored, what objections keep coming up, and what actually moves a deal forward. Act as the connective tissue between prospects, founders, product, and marketing. Make sure what you hear in the market turns into action. Build lightweight systems for pipeline tracking, follow-up cadences, conversion signals, and priority accounts. Fill gaps, unblock deals, and make sure no opportunity falls through the cracks as we scale. What we're looking for 1-3 years of experience in a sales, SDR/BDR, or outbound role at a SaaS company preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply. Demonstrable hunger to outwork everyone. High IQ and high EQ. You can understand the product deeply and handle prospects with patience, clarity, and good judgment. Strong writer. You can turn a cold prospect into a reply with crisp, human, well-targeted messaging. Naturally competitive and relentless. When a prospect goes quiet, your first instinct is to find another angle, not to give up. Calm under pressure. You can take rejection all day, handle objections live, and keep dialing without spiraling. Systems-minded. If a line works three times, you turn it into a script. If a sequence converts, you templatize it. Creative and resourceful. You don't wait for a playbook. You write one, test it, and rewrite it whenever needed. Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change. Bonus if you have experience selling into SEO, content marketing, growth teams, or marketing agencies.
