Key Responsibility:
- Review and label clinical data looking for alignment and agreement, assist with SME evaluation of annotations, evaluate model results, and other complex human-data intensive tasks ensuring timely and correct results.
- Provider PCC subject matter expertise, such as workflows, as a clinician who has documented in the EHR.
- Help resolve disputes and discrepancies among clinical subject matter experts regarding clinically labeled data.
- Interact with research staff, product and other stakeholders to support the team in discovering requirements and to educate technical and non-technical audiences about complex clinical aspects of AI solutions,
- Advocates for the quality and clinical accuracy of AI solutions by collaborating with technical teams such as senior model development researchers, Product Leaders and AI UXR/UXD researchers.
Qualifications & Skills
- RN or NP Degree and valid current license.
- 7+ years of Nursing experience. Preference to LTPAC and management experience.
- Healthcare informatics knowledge or equivalent technical skills/background.
- A strong understanding of common AI phenomena such as hallucinations, omissions and other terminology such as LLM, NLP, ML.
- Experience and familiarity in using PCC products.
- Experience and familiarity with using data labeling software.
- Ability to perform extensive data manipulation tasks on a computer for extended periods of time when needed.
- Understands statistical measures to help drive interannotator agreement.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly master new software, concepts, technologies and systems.
- Ability to review nuanced clinical concepts differentiating them into categories.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and drive consensus among other SMEs of varying specialties and levels of expertise.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
