your missionReady to help us shape the future of hospitality? At Bookboost, we believe in pushing boundaries. We are not hotel communication software. We build the infrastructure that lets hotel groups own the guest relationship that OTAs currently monetize, by unifying guest data and orchestrating every interaction across the guest journey. We operate in more than 20 countries, with a hub in Munich and a fast-growing European footprint. DACH is our highest-priority region. If you are commercially sharp, technically curious and comfortable in an AI-native team, keep reading.your profileAbout the roleAs Sales Director for DACH, you own Bookboost's commercial performance across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You step into an established region from there you run full sales cycles into mid-market hotel groups, from identifying the right accounts through technical discovery to a signed multi-year agreement, and you shape how we go to market regionally. This is a senior individual contributor role with real strategic latitude, not a seat executing someone else's plan. The region rewards rigour. DACH buyers scrutinise architecture, data protection and vendor durability harder than anywhere else in Europe. Win here and the reference value compounds across the market. What you'll own and deliver
An individually carried new ARR quota for the region, owned end to end
Continuity across the existing DACH pipeline, and the judgement to requalify it honestly
The DACH target account strategy: selection, sequencing and entry motion
Full cycle execution from first contact to signature, including complex multi-stakeholder negotiations
Disciplined qualification and forecasting, so the business can plan around your number
Regional market intelligence that shapes our product and positioning decisions

Bookboost's presence and reputation across the DACH hospitality technology community
What makes you a great fit?

Enterprise sales track record: 5+ years closing upper mid-market or enterprise B2B SaaS, ideally in hospitality technology, CRM, CDP or PMS-adjacent categories, with individually closed six-figure annual contracts behind you

Language: native-level German and business-level English. Swiss German comprehension welcome.

Regional depth: you know the DACH hotel group landscape, the decision-makers within it, and how buying behaviour differs across the three markets

Technical credibility: you can hold a discovery conversation with an IT director about guest data architecture and PMS integration without needing backup

Data protection fluency: you treat DSGVO as the substance of the conversation rather than a hurdle at the end of it

AI fluency: you already work with Claude, Claude Cowork and Claude Code, or you are the sort of person who will be running your own workflows in them within weeks. Our commercial team is AI-native and this is a genuine requirement, not a bonus line.

Consultative method: mastery of a structured sales methodology and the discipline to apply it consistently

Self-direction: you are comfortable being the region, building it from the front
What's in it for you?
Remote and flexible working from anywhere in Germany, Austria or Switzerland
Ownership of an entire region at a genuine inflection point
A commercial team building new ways of working with AI rather than bolting it on
An environment that values your judgement, with real room for impact
Professional growth in a fast-moving industry
Regular team events and socials
