Valiantys is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to help attract and hire top talent across North America (US & Canada). In this role, you will lead full cycle recruitment, build strong partnerships with hiring managers, and ensure every candidate has a positive and inclusive experience. As a Talent Acquisition Generalist, you will also flex into supporting People Operations and People Experience during peak periods or special initiatives, contributing to a seamless People Team experience across Valiantys.
Things you’ll be working on
-Manage full cycle recruitment across multiple functions, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand role needs and priorities -Source, attract, and screen candidates through multiple channels to build high quality pipelines -Provide insight into competitive salary bandings and candidate expectations to support strong and fair offer decisions -Deliver hires on time and within approved budget and compensation guidelines -Maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process -Support employer branding efforts in partnership with Marketing and the Talent and Experience team -Collaborate with People Operations and People Experience teams during peak periods or special projects such as onboarding, engagement activities, or operational process support -Work closely with TA peers in EMEA and APAC to share knowledge, tools, and best practices that support global consistency -Contribute to process improvements that enhance recruitment operations and the overall People Team experienceKey questions you’ll help us answer
