Checkly is the active reliability layer for developers and agents — we unify testing, synthetic monitoring, and observability into a single AI-native workflow, so engineering teams (and the agents shipping alongside them) can catch issues before customers do.
We're hiring two roles on our Sales team to help customers get the most out of Checkly — supporting technical evaluations, answering implementation questions, and working directly with Product and Engineering on what we learn from customers.

Both roles want someone with a technical background (engineering, technical consultancy, professional services, or dev rel), comfortable reading/writing/debugging code (JS/Node.js preferred), who genuinely enjoys talking to customers and running demos. We use AI tools like Claude Code and Codex daily to accelerate customer-facing work.
