- Du optimierst unsere Ads für Vertriebler, die Sales Jobs suchen
- Du skalierst den Account auch auf YouTube
- Du reportest direkt an den Gründer
Qualifikation
Wen wir suchen
- Du bist hungrig auf Wachstum
- Erfahrung mit HR Search Campaigns bei Google – du weißt, wie man im Recruiting-Kontext performt, klassiche Ecom Google Ads sind bei uns irrelevant
- Du kannst Tracking selbst aufsetzen, ohne dass dir jemand die Hand hält
- Du hast schon YouTube Campaigns aufgesetzt und gefahren
- Best Case: Du kommst aus dem Recruiting-Umfeld - idealerweise mit Erfahrung auf beiden Seiten, Bewerber- und Neukundengewinnung
- Du hast Bock, ein Marktführer-Produkt mit nachgewiesenem Product Market Fit weiter nach vorne zu bringen
- Bonus, kein Muss: Du kannst zusätzlich Meta Ads - der Fokus bei uns liegt aber klar auf Google Ads

Bei uns zählt das Leistungsprinzip. Wir suchen niemanden, der ein paar Stunden für einen Stundensatz abarbeitet - wir suchen jemanden, der Ergebnisse liefern will und dafür auch entsprechend vergütet wird. Die Vergütung ist ergebnisorientiert ausgerichtet, nicht rein zeitbasiert.
Die Rolle ist primär als Freelance, 100% Remote gedacht. Bist du ein Top-Kandidat, ist auch eine Festanstellung möglich.
