AI is already part of how we work, evolve, and innovate every day.We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer, AI-First Development who ispassionate about building modern, scalable software while leveraging Artificial Intelligence todramatically improve engineering productivity.This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who embraces AI-first software development,automates repetitive engineering tasks, and takes end-to-end ownership of the services theybuild.
The ideal candidate is an expert in Java, Python, Azure, Azure Databricks, Microservices, and modern SDLC practices, with proven experience delivering cloud-native enterprise applications. Beyond technical expertise, we are looking for an engineer who actively uses AI to accelerate software delivery, improve code quality, automate engineering workflows, andincrease developer productivity.
Collaboration• Work closely with architects, product owners, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.• Collaborate effectively with onsite and offshore engineering teams.• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, sprint planning, and technicaldesign sessions.• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers while promoting engineering excellence and AIadoption.
Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalentpractical experience.• 7+ years of professional software development experience.• Strong expertise in Java and Python.• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.• Strong experience with Azure Databricks, Apache Spark, and Delta Lake.• Proven experience designing and developing enterprise-grade microservices and RESTAPIs.• Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.• Experience with Git, automated testing frameworks, and Agile software development.• Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.• Strong verbal and written communication skills.Our benefits:
