Jr Project Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Jr Project Analyst. In this role, you will serve as a key connection point between users, business stakeholders, and Engineering, helping ensure operational issues are properly investigated, documented, prioritized, and routed to the right teams.

You will be responsible for monitoring incoming issues through Slack and Jira, performing initial troubleshooting and manual testing before escalating technical problems, and maintaining an organized and actionable bug backlog. You will also identify recurring user feedback and operational pain points, translating them into clear Jira tickets, requirements, and workflow improvements for the engineering team.

Requirements:

• Professional experience in a Project Analyst, Business Analyst, Operations Coordinator, Product Operations, or similar role within a technology environment

• Hands-on experience using Jira for bug tracking, backlog management, and ticket creation

• Ability to perform initial troubleshooting and manual testing before escalating

• Writing clear and actionable bug reports, Jira tickets, requirements, and acceptance criteria

• Ability to translate user feedbackand business needs into structured requirements for technical teams

• Experience organizing and maintaining bug queues and product or engineering backlogs

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple incoming requests and priorities.

• C1 English is required
