Join us as a Customer Service Representative in Latvian! Support customers and contribute to a positive customer experience within the medical field. In this role, you will communicate with customers via phone and written channels, handle inquiries, and process requests. What we are looking for:

• Latvian (C1 level required) and English (B2 level or higher);
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, such as empathy and listening;
• Ability to quickly absorb information, adapt and respond to change;
• Positive attitude and willingness to provide brilliant customer experience – you believe that customers deserve more than just support.
