Intégré(e) au sein de l’équipe d’exploitation, le Pilote d’Exploitation Junior participe à la surveillance et à la gestion quotidienne des traitements informatiques, en veillant au bon fonctionnement des systèmes d’information dans le respect des procédures et des engagements de service.
Missions Principales:
- Surveiller et contrôler les traitements batchs, les sauvegardes, les transferts de fichiers et les flux applicatifs.
- Détecter les incidents de production et en assurer le suivi selon les procédures établies.
- Alerter les équipes concernées en cas de dysfonctionnements ou d’anomalies.
- Garantir la disponibilité des environnements de production selon les niveaux de service attendus.
- Participer à l'automatisation des tâches récurrentes (ordonnancement, scripts, supervision).
- Rédiger les rapports d'activité et mettre à jour la documentation technique.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes d’exploitation, d’infrastructure et de support applicatif.
- Connaissance des systèmes d’exploitation (Windows, Linux/Unix).
- Maîtrise des outils d’ordonnancement (ex : Control-M, Dollar Universe, TWS…).
- Bases en scripting (Shell, PowerShell…).
- Sensibilité aux environnements de production et à la supervision (Nagios, Centreon, etc.).
