The Senior Regional Sales Manager, Immunohistochemistry for Leica Biosystems is responsible for leading regional commercial execution, revenue growth, market share expansion, and talent development across the assigned geography. This role leads a team of sales professionals responsible for advancing Leica Biosystems’ Immunohistochemistry portfolio, driving competitive conversions, strengthening customer partnerships, and delivering consistent performance against regional commercial goals.

This position is part of the Commercial Organization and will be fully remote. At Leica Biosystems, our vision is to advance cancer diagnostics and improve lives.

You will report to the Vice President, National Sales, Immunohistochemistry and Life Sciences and play a key leadership role in translating business strategy into regional execution, developing sales talent, and building a high-performing commercial team.

This position is eligible for a remote work arrangement in which you can work remotely from your home. The annual salary range for this role is $175,000 - $195,000. This role is also eligible for Sales Incentive Compensation (SIC). The total target compensation at plan (base + SIC) is $255,000 – $275,000 annually. Actual SIC earnings may exceed or fall below the target based on individual sales performance. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
