Tu Misión Principal
Mantener nuestras bases de datos actualizadas, limpias y listas para campañas. Ejecutarás tareas repetitivas de búsqueda, validación y carga de datos con precisión y velocidad.
️ Responsabilidades Clave
- 1. Búsqueda y Recopilación de Datos: Localizar y completar información básica de empresas y contactos (nombre, cargo, industria, ubicación) usando Genesy y otras fuentes.
- 2. Validación Básica: Revisar y confirmar sugerencias de IA, corrigiendo errores evidentes y marcando contactos incorrectos en Blocklist.
- 3. Limpieza y Orden de Bases de Datos: Asegurar el formato consistente de los datos antes de la carga (nombres, correos, industria, etc.).
- 4. Carga y Mantenimiento en Plataformas: Subir listas limpias a campañas, organizando contactos por estado (nuevos, validados, descartados).
- 5. Soporte Operativo Diario: Registrar actualizaciones, reportar inconsistencias y seguir procesos internos paso a paso.
Perfil que Buscamos
Categoría Habilidades y Competencias Skills Operativos Experiencia previa en Data Entry, Back-Office o gestión de bases de datos. Manejo sólido de Excel / Google Sheets (filtrar, ordenar, limpieza). Capacidad para aprender herramientas simples (Genesy, IA básica). Velocidad y precisión.
Competencias Atención al detalle milimétrica. Orden y constancia. Capacidad para seguir procesos sin desviarse. Ritmo de ejecución en tareas repetitivas.
Herramientas Genesy, ChatGPT u otras IA básicas, Excel / Google Sheets.
