Operations Coordinator

CerebriOS is a software company building B2B SaaS products that help businesses make better decisions, streamline operations, and get more value from their data. Our products combine practical business workflows with intuitive technology designed for everyday use.

You will support the day-to-day operations behind our growing business and the team building our new mid-market analytics platform. You will help keep internal processes organized, coordinate requests across teams, maintain operational information, and identify ways to make routine workflows more efficient as CerebriOS grows.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Coordinate day-to-day operational requests across internal teams

• Maintain internal processes, documentation, trackers, and operational records

• Coordinate recurring business activities, deadlines, and follow-ups

• Work with Finance, People, IT, Product, and other teams to keep operational tasks moving

• Support onboarding and offboarding processes by coordinating required activities across teams

• Help manage vendors, subscriptions, supplies, and other operational resources

• Prepare routine reports, updates, and summaries for internal stakeholders

• Identify process gaps and help introduce simple, scalable improvements

• Keep track of open requests, dependencies, and deadlines and follow up with owners

• Support team projects and other operational initiatives as the company grows

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 1+ year of experience in operations, administration, coordination, or a similar role

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities without losing track of deadlines

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills

• Proactive approach to problem-solving and follow-up

• Comfortable working with different teams and coordinating tasks across functions

• Ability to create and maintain clear documentation and operational processes

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience in a SaaS, technology, or other fast-growing company

• Experience with tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence, Notion, or Asana

• Basic experience with reporting, spreadsheets, or operational data

• Vendor or subscription management experience

• Experience supporting remote or distributed teams

• Previous project coordination experience

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Compensation will be determined based on experience, operational expertise, and overall fit for the role.

Salary Range: 55,000 - 75,000 USD (gross, annually)
