Position: Video Editor & Social Media Specialist

Location: Remote | Full-Time

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Video Editor & Social Media Specialist to help grow our online presence through engaging content, consistent branding, and strategic social media management.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing

• Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media platforms
• Create engaging Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and promotional content
• Add captions, transitions, graphics, music, and effects to improve engagement
• Repurpose existing content into multiple formats for different platforms
• Create eye-catching thumbnails and cover images

Social Media Management

• Plan, create, and schedule content across social media platforms
• Manage content calendars and posting schedules
• Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement
• Research trends, hashtags, and content opportunities
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity

Content Creation & Strategy

• Develop content ideas that drive engagement, reach, and lead generation
• Assist with social media campaigns and promotional initiatives
• Analyze content performance and recommend improvements
• Stay current with platform updates, trends, and best practices

Qualifications

• Proven experience in video editing and social media management
• Proficiency with video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
• Experience creating content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and audience engagement
• Excellent design sense and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or other graphic design tools
• Knowledge of content marketing and brand building
• Basic understanding of analytics and social media reporting
• Experience using AI tools for content creation and workflow optimization
