Resident Program Assistant

Purpose:Work closely with Director of Resident Program Operations to assist in confirming coverage limits and status of policies supplied by tenants.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor client files for timeliness, open items, accounting and audit records, and other actions as necessary.

• Respond to client and carrier requests/questions within ability/knowledge timely

• Review documents such as policies, changes, endorsement and audits for accuracy.

• Maintain appropriate level of confidentiality.

• Follow company policies and procedures.

• Other duties as determined by client and brokers needs

Qualifications:

• Current enrollment in Business program including, but not limited to Risk Management, Finance, Accounting and Marketing

• Superior communications skills (written and verbal)
