The Blog Content Coordinator supports the production and publishing of engaging blog and video content. This role is responsible for transforming selected blog content into visually appealing assets and AI-generated videos using tools such as ChatGPT and HeyGen, while ensuring that the final output meets quality and presentation standards. The ideal candidate is highly organized, has a good eye for design and video quality, and understands the fundamentals of effective digital content. They should be able to recognize when an AI-generated video looks or sounds unnatural and identify issues such as mispronunciations, awkward movements, unusual sounds, or other inconsistencies before the content moves forward for review and publishing. While this is not a client-facing role, the position requires decent English communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with writers and other members of the content team.

Responsibilities:

1. Content Asset Creation

• Receive the blog post selected for daily production from the Blog and Content Writer.
• Use ChatGPT and other approved tools to create or support the creation of thumbnails and visual assets for blog content.
• Add approved thumbnails and visual assets to the corresponding blog post.
• Ensure visual elements are relevant, appealing, and aligned with the content.

2. AI Video Production

• Prepare blog content for conversion into AI-generated video content.
• Use HeyGen to create videos based on approved blog content and scripts.
• Develop a strong understanding of what makes AI-generated videos look and sound polished rather than overly artificial or robotic.
• Troubleshoot basic issues encountered during the video generation process.

3. Quality Assurance

• Conduct an initial quality check of AI-generated videos before they are submitted for review.
• Identify and flag issues such as:

○ Mispronunciations

○ Incorrect or awkward delivery

○ Unnatural facial expressions or movements

○ Strange sounds or audio issues

○ Visual inconsistencies

○ Robotic or overly AI-generated presentation

○ Other quality concerns that may affect the viewer experience

• Reprocess or adjust content when possible to improve the quality of the final output.
• Escalate significant technical or quality issues to the appropriate team member.

4. Content Workflow Coordination

• Maintain an organized workflow and track the status of assigned blog and video content.
• Ensure content moves efficiently through each stage of production.
• Coordinate with the Blog and Content Writer regarding completed videos, issues requiring review, and revisions.
• Maintain accurate records of completed, pending, and revised content.
• Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and quality of the content production process.

Qualifications

Required

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good eye for design, visual presentation, and content quality.
• Comfortable working with AI tools such as ChatGPT and HeyGen or similar platforms.
• Basic understanding of digital content and what makes videos engaging and visually appealing.
• Ability to identify unnatural or low-quality AI-generated video and audio output.
• Decent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow established processes and manage recurring daily tasks.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Ability to work the required 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time schedule.

Preferred

• Experience working with blogs, digital content, or content management systems.
• Experience creating thumbnails, graphics, or other digital visual assets.
• Familiarity with social media content and video formats.
• • Experience creating, editing, scheduling, or publishing video content.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, or other social media channels.

System Requirements:

• Processor should be 2 ghz and above, Intel core 5/7 or equal is highly required
• MUST have the latest Operating System
  • Windows 11 64bit
  • Mac Ventura / Sonoma
• 16GB with 100GB Free disk space
• MUST have a back-up Computer with the same specs as the main device
• A Headset with noise cancelling feature is a must
• 20 mbps minimum wired connection for main isp
• Back up internet is a must (pocket wifi, prepaid wifi etc. but strictly no USB Sticks allowed)
• Back up power source

Shift Schedule: 9AM - 6PM Pacific Standard

Rate: starts at Php 40,000
