Personal Assistant

Salary: R29,000 per month

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Personal Assistant for our UK-based clients. This is a fully remote position offering South African professionals an excellent opportunity to work with leading UK employers from home. You will work UK business hours and join a supportive, fast-growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated PA support to a senior executive or director
• Manage complex diaries, travel itineraries and meeting logistics
• Draft and proofread correspondence, reports and presentations
• Act as a gatekeeper, screening communications and prioritising requests
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a PA or executive assistant
• Exceptional organisational skills and ability to anticipate needs
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
• Strong communication skills — both written and verbal
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities
