🤓 TripleTen is an EdTech company that designs and runs tech career learning programs for the US and Latin American markets. We've been doing it for over five years, teaching complete beginners — people with no prior tech background — through cohort-based programs built on our own platform and curriculum, developed in partnership with Nebius AI. Our team is fully remote and globally distributed, and we serve a large, active student base across both regions.

We are hiring a hands-on, builder-focused Project Manager for AI Transformation to optimize our content production and growth marketing operations. In this role, you will design, prototype, and scale AI-assisted workflows to eliminate operational bottlenecks and accelerate how we bring growth funnels to market. This is an excellent opportunity to bridge the gap between creative teams, automation tools, and rapid pipeline execution.

Please Note: This is not a "pure PM" coordination or administrative role. We are looking for an execution-focused professional who can actively build and prototype workflows independently, and comfortably operate within undefined operational environments.

What you will do

• Design & Implement AI Workflows: Architect, prototype, and scale end-to-end AI-assisted workflows for content production and asset localization.
• Execute Growth Funnel Operations: Configure and maintain interactive growth funnel assembly lines using tools such as Lovable, Typeform, and ManyChat.
• Deploy AI Pipelines: Launch and optimize practical AI pipelines across CRM systems, creative generation, messaging channels, and asset production.
• Streamline Delivery Pipelines: Coordinate fast-moving schedules and manage operational dependencies across the Copy, Design, CRM, and Growth teams.
• Process Optimization: Audit legacy content production workflows and simplify complex, manual processes into lean, repeatable steps.
• Tooling & Vendor Management: Evaluate, integrate, and manage our ecosystem of no-code platforms, generative AI interfaces, and third-party operational vendors.
• Define Operational Analytics: Establish operational metrics and transformation reporting to track pipeline velocity and efficiency gains.

Requirements

• Proven Operational Experience: 3+ years of experience in project management, operations management, or growth operations, specifically handling high-volume delivery pipelines.
• Hands-on No-Code Automation: Demonstrated capability to independently build, test, and deploy complex workflow automations using platforms like n8n, Make, or Zapier.
• Practical AI Application: Direct proficiency engineering prompts and structuring workflows using foundational models (OpenAI, Claude) to solve real-world operational friction points.
• Process Architecture Skills: A proven track record of taking unorganized, highly manual workflows and successfully re-engineering them into clear, streamlined processes.
• Ambiguity Tolerance & Pragmatism: Comfortable operating without pre-existing blueprints; highly realistic about the current limitations of AI and expert at balancing speed against quality.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Strong communication skills with a history of successfully aligning creative (Copy, Design) and analytical (CRM, Growth) teams.
• Language: Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Interactive Tooling Mastery: Prior experience configuring and managing user journeys within Lovable, Typeform, and ManyChat frameworks.
• Creative AI Pipeline Experience: Familiarity with AI creative tools (video generation, automated image manipulation, or voice/audio workflows).
• Growth Marketing Knowledge: Clear understanding of automated CRM workflows, behavioral triggers, and localized content delivery mechanisms.
