• Collaborate closely with the Program Manager and Resource Manager to ensure smooth project delivery and optimal team performance
• Drive people management activities: monitor team spirit and motivation, conduct face-to-face meetings, act as a coach in people-related matters, support performance reviews, and work with career roadmaps
• Coordinate recruitment processes in alignment with business needs
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports, schedules, agendas, and meeting minutes
