Junior Marketing Manager Denmark (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Junior Marketing Manager for Denmark to join Mammutmarsch!

At Mammutmarsch, we are more than the pioneers of extreme hiking in Germany. We are a movement. Every year, we inspire thousands of people to step outside their comfort zones, push their limits and achieve things they never thought possible.

We are looking for someone who doesn’t just execute marketing activities.

We are looking for someone who wants to help develop Mammutmarsch in Denmark.

Someone who understands the Danish market. Who brings creative ideas to the table. Who sees opportunities. And who wants to work together with our marketing team to make Mammutmarsch even stronger in Denmark.

Tasks

Marketing & Market Development

• Plan and execute marketing activities for the Danish market
• Work closely with our German marketing team
• Help further develop the Mammutmarsch brand in Denmark
• Develop local marketing ideas and campaigns
• Work across social media, influencer marketing, PR, guerrilla marketing and other marketing channels
• Identify and develop relevant collaborations and partnerships

Brand & Community

• Be an active ambassador for Mammutmarsch in Denmark
• Help strengthen and further develop the Danish Mammutmarsch community
• Identify opportunities, trends and insights in the Danish market
• Contribute your own ideas to further develop our marketing strategy

Operational Work

• Coordinate and execute marketing activities
• Support events and on-site marketing activities
• Collaborate with external partners, influencers and suppliers
• Help analyse and evaluate marketing campaigns

Requirements

• Previous experience in marketing (e.g. social media, influencer marketing, PR or general marketing)
• An independent and solution-oriented way of working
• A creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box
• Motivation to take responsibility and help further develop Mammutmarsch in the Danish market
• Willingness to travel when required
• Native-level Danish
• Good English skills
• Enthusiasm for our mission and our events

You don’t need to know everything.
