• Work with agencies and European marketers to keep paid media aligned with wider campaign goals

• Update and change campaigns based on data for optimum performance
• Contribute to impact reporting to understand how campaigns are contributing to overall business goals and metrics
What Skills and Experience Should You Bring?
Must have:
• Experience running paid media campaigns (paid social, programmatic, or similar)
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into optimisation decisions

• Exposure – you will be involved in the thick of the action working across multiple teams to drive results
• Remote-first, with real cross-border collaboration across Europe and beyond
