Ability to independently identify opportunities and turn them into marketing initiatives.

Will be a plus:

What will you do:

Email & Lifecycle Marketing:

Develop and continuously improve MGID's global email marketing strategy.

Plan and execute communication across key lifecycle stages, including:

• upsell and cross-sell;

• product announcements;

• educational communication;

• newsletters;

• webinars and events;

• regional and global marketing campaigns.

Build communication journeys for both Advertiser and Publisher audiences, as well as other relevant MGID audiences.

Analytics & Optimization:

Define and monitor email and lifecycle marketing performance.

Track metrics including:

• delivery rate;

• open rate;

• CTR;

• reply rate;

Run structured experiments around:

• lifecycle communication;

• event communication;

• re-engagement flows;

• client activation journeys;

• inbound follow-up workflows;

• behavioral communication.

The role should be comfortable working inside HubSpot and building B2B marketing workflows, but will not own the overall CRM architecture or HubSpot administration.

Work with Sales, Operations, and other stakeholders when changes to CRM structure, integrations, or data architecture are required.

Develop meaningful audience segmentation based on factors such as:

• lifecycle stage;

• client type;

• lead nurturing;

• segmentation;

• qualification;

• automated communication before Sales engagement;

• communication after initial Sales contact;

• re-engagement of leads that did not convert.

Inbound is one important application of lifecycle marketing, but not the sole focus of the role.

How this was produced

Highlights are found by rule, not by a model: each one is a phrase matched at a known position, and every note is a template we wrote. The two scores come from a typed-decision model (Jev) that reads the listing against the official role definition and real listings for the same role, and returns probabilities rather than prose — it never writes any of the words on this page, and never chooses what to highlight.

Deterministic penalty applied to the HR score: 16 points (from 68 before penalties). Reviewed 21 Sep 2026.
