The Zoom Phone Specialist (ZP Specialist) will support the Small Business North America (SB NA) team by driving adoption and growth of Zoom Phone. This role focuses on conducting demos and assisting in closing deals within the 1–50 license range, with the possibility of expanding coverage as the program scales.

The ZP Specialist will serve as a product expert and sales enabler, helping Account Executives (AEs) demonstrate the business value of Zoom Phone and ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Conduct Zoom Phone demos and technical walk‑throughs for prospects and customers in the 1–10 license segment.

• Partner with SB NA Account Executives to support discovery, validation, and customer communications.

• Respond promptly to demo requests and ensure consistent, high‑quality delivery.

• Highlight use cases that demonstrate clear ROI and operational impact aligned to customer needs.

• Collaborate with Sales and SE teams to ensure smooth handoffs and customer engagement throughout the sales process.

• Share customer insights and field feedback to help improve sales motions and enablement resources.

• Contribute to scalable demo materials and best‑practice documentation as the role evolves.

Compensation & Structure

• Compensation is based on overall SB NA Zoom Phone performance.

• Please note that there is no linearity bonus or individual incentive plan for ZP Specialists.

• Strong understanding of Zoom Phone or other UCaaS solutions.

• Confident presenter with strong communication and consultative selling skills.

• Proven ability to explain technical features in terms of business outcomes.

• Comfortable managing high‑volume, fast‑paced sales engagement cycles and cross‑functional collaboration.
