We're looking for a Media Buyer & Creative Strategist who knows that great advertising is about more than pushing buttons in Ads Manager. You understand the relationship between creative, data, audiences, and performance—and you know how to turn those insights into campaigns that drive sales.

The Role
As our Media Buyer & Creative Strategist, you'll own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid advertising while also helping shape the creative direction behind our ads.
You'll analyze what's working, identify why it's working, develop new creative concepts to test, and work closely with our creative team, content creators, and other marketing partners to turn those ideas into high-performing ads.
We're looking for someone who is data-driven, creative, curious, and obsessed with finding what makes customers click—and buy.

What You'll Do
Media Buying & Campaign Management

• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.

• Own campaign setup, targeting, budgets, bidding, pacing, and optimization.

• Monitor key performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, CVR, and spend.

• Identify opportunities to scale winning campaigns and quickly address underperforming campaigns.

• Conduct audience, placement, offer, product, and campaign structure testing.

• Manage daily and weekly budget pacing to ensure spend aligns with revenue and profitability goals.

• Stay current on platform updates, advertising trends, and emerging paid media opportunities.

Creative Strategy

• Develop the creative strategy behind paid advertising campaigns.

• Identify high-performing hooks, messaging, product benefits, offers, formats, and angles.

• Analyze winning and losing creatives to understand why they performed.

• Turn performance data into clear, actionable creative briefs.

• Partner with graphic designers, video editors, content creators, and UGC creators to develop new ad concepts.

• Build a consistent pipeline of fresh creative concepts and testing opportunities.

• Help determine what types of content, messaging, and storytelling will resonate with different audiences.

• Stay on top of trends in UGC, short-form video, social media, and performance creative.

Testing & Optimization

• Develop and manage a structured creative testing strategy.

• Test hooks, headlines, thumbnails, messaging, CTAs, offers, formats, products, and audiences.

• Establish performance benchmarks and identify winning creative quickly.

• Scale winning concepts across campaigns and platforms.

• Continuously refresh creative to combat ad fatigue.

• Use performance insights to influence future creative strategy.

Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor campaign performance and identify trends, opportunities, and problems.

• Analyze performance by campaign, audience, product, creative, and funnel stage.

• Create regular performance reports and clearly communicate key takeaways.

• Turn data into actionable recommendations—not just reports.

• Work with the broader marketing team to identify opportunities to improve the customer journey from ad click through purchase.

• Help develop a deeper understanding of what drives customer acquisition and conversion.

You'd Be a Great Fit If...

You don't just look at an ad and ask "Did it work?"

You ask:
"Why did it work?"
"Who did it work for?"
"What should we test next?"
"How do we turn this into 10 more winning ads?"

You're equally comfortable looking at a spreadsheet of performance data and brainstorming a killer hook for a new TikTok ad.

You don't wait for someone to tell you what to test. You're constantly looking for the next opportunity to improve performance.Originally posted on Himalayas

How this was produced

Highlights are found by rule, not by a model: each one is a phrase matched at a known position, and every note is a template we wrote. The two scores come from a typed-decision model (Jev) that reads the listing against the official role definition and real listings for the same role, and returns probabilities rather than prose — it never writes any of the words on this page, and never chooses what to highlight.

Deterministic penalty applied to the HR score: 12 points (from 65 before penalties). Reviewed 21 Sep 2026.
