About the Role

We are looking for a strong Mid to Mid-Senior Product Designer to join our team for a full-time engagement on a B2B contract basis towork on a crypto / digital assets app and web platform. This is a hands-on role for a designer who can take ownership of tasks from initial requirements through to polished, production-ready designs. You should be comfortable working independently, asking the right questions, identifying gaps, and making informed design decisions without needing step-by-step direction.

The role involves working across multiple product areas and initiatives, so you should be comfortable switching between different contexts and types of design work, while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product design tasks end-to-end, from understanding requirements and exploring solutions to high-fidelity UI, prototyping, and developer handoff.
• Design clear and intuitive user flows for a complex digital assets product, including different states, edge cases, and responsive experiences.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering to understand requirements, technical constraints, dependencies, and implementation details.
• Extend and maintain the existing design system, ensuring consistency across the product and contributing new components and patterns when needed.
• Support the marketing designer with marketing-related design tasks and templates, including adapting, filling out, and preparing materials when additional design support is needed.

Product Evolution & UX/UI Improvements

• Continuously review the existing product and identify opportunities for UX and UI improvements.
• Explore and propose solutions to usability issues, inconsistencies, and friction points.
• Work on iterative improvements to existing features and user journeys.
• Conduct lightweight research, competitor analysis, and design exploration when needed.
• Help continuously improve the overall quality, consistency, and usability of the product.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, auto layout, prototyping, and design systems.
• Proven experience working with, maintaining, and extending design systems in a real product environment.
• Experience designing and prototyping complex digital products with multiple user flows, states, data-heavy interfaces, or transactional experiences.
• Ability to independently manage multiple initiatives, switch between different contexts, and take responsibility for delivering high-quality work from start to finish.
