The Role: Built for a True Enterprise Hunter

This is a senior, quota-carrying role for a proven dealmaker who knows how to win inside large retail CRE organizations.

We are not looking for someone to “learn the market”—we are looking for someone who already has deep relationships and access and can convert them into $100K–$500K+ ARR deals quickly.

If you have a strong Rolodex of REITs, institutional owners, and portfolio operators, this is an opportunity to monetize those relationships immediately within a category-leading platform.

• Close $100K–$500K+ ARR deals within retail REITs and institutional portfolios

• Own complex sales cycles from first call to contract signature

• Build and expand relationships with property management, leasing, CIO/CTO, andC-suite stakeholders

• Navigate multi-threaded buying groups and enterprise procurement processes

• Maintain a high-velocity, high-quality pipeline with accurate forecasting

• Partner with leadership to win and expand strategic, high-value accounts

Who You Are

• Enterprise closer with 7– 10+ years2 of experience selling SaaS or tech-enabled services

• Deep expertise in retail commercial real estate, specifically REITs and institutional owners

• Established network of decision-makers (property ops, leasing, IT, executive leadership)

• Proven track record of closing six-figure+ ARR deals and consistently beating quota

• Demonstrated ability to generate immediate pipeline from relationships

• Comfortable operating at the executive level with strong presence and credibility

• Highly self-directed, competitive, and motivated by winning large deals

What Success Looks Like

• Immediate pipeline creation driven by your network

• Early deal closures and meaningful revenue impact within your first 6 months

• Consistent performance against enterprise quota targets

• Expansion within key accounts and penetration across large portfolios

Compensation

• Competitive base salary ($110k - $130k depending on experience)+ uncapped commission

• OTE: $250K–$350K+ (aligned to enterprise deal sizes and performance)

Why Top Performers Make the Move

• Sell a market-leading solution with real differentiation

• Replace legacy tools with a modern platform + field data advantage

• Shorten sales cycles with tangible, high-value outcomes

• Opportunity to own and expand relationships you already have

How this was produced

Highlights are found by rule, not by a model: each one is a phrase matched at a known position, and every note is a template we wrote. The two scores come from a typed-decision model (Jev) that reads the listing against the official role definition and real listings for the same role, and returns probabilities rather than prose — it never writes any of the words on this page, and never chooses what to highlight.

Deterministic penalty applied to the HR score: 32 points (from 65 before penalties). Reviewed 21 Sep 2026.
