Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons notre Technico-commercial Nord h/f.
Sous l’autorité du Directeur des Ventes,
Vous organisez le suivi et la fidélisation des clients, en élaborant des solutions sur-mesure répondant à leurs projets.
Vous êtes garant de la vente de nos produits auprès des entreprises générales du bâtiment, façadiers, étancheurs, verrièristes, asservisseurs, sur les régions Haut de France et Champagne-Ardenne.
Vous assurez la réponse technique et financière aux CCTP des marchés publics et privés.
Vous identifiez les nouveaux projets, définissez et dimensionnez les solutions adaptées en collaborant avec notre bureau d’études.
Vous réalisez les devis en lien avec notre cellule chiffrage.
Vous négociez les devis en respectant la politique commerciale de l’entreprise.
Vous effectuez une veille commerciale permanente et effectuez des études de marchés ponctuelles.
Vous participez activement au montage des projets, de la prescription à la vente aux clients décrits ci-dessus.
Requirements
De formation technique et commerciale, vous justifiez d’une expérience probante de la vente complexe ou du conseil technique, acquise chez un fabricant de produits du bâtiment (toiture, façade, domotique, fermetures, désenfumage…) prescrits au sein des CCTP ou dans un bureau d’études. Vous maîtrisez les cahiers techniques et la réglementation en vigueur.
Véritable développeur, vous êtes autonome, curieux et doté d’un sens aigu de la négociation et du travail en équipe. Vous maîtrisez les techniques de vente et vous savez utiliser des outils informatiques de gestion commerciale. Une expérience de prescripteur et/ou de vente de solutions est un plus.
