Role Overview

FabStation is transforming how steel fabricators and modular builders perform quality control using augmented reality. As an SDR, your job is simple: generate qualified sales opportunities that turn into revenue.

You will prospect, engage, and qualify manufacturing companies, identifying real production challenges (rework, inefficiency, QA gaps) and booking high-quality demos for our Account Executives. This role is the foundation for a high-performing sales career.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect and engage net-new manufacturing companies (calls, email, LinkedIn)

• Qualify opportunities based on operational pain, fit, and urgency

• Book and manage high-quality demos that convert to pipeline

• Partner with Account Executives to progress deals

• Maintain organized pipeline and activity tracking in CRM

• Continuously improve messaging through coaching and data

What We’re Looking For

• Strong interest in B2B sales (manufacturing or tech is a plus)

• Competitive, results-driven mindset (you care about hitting targets)

• Clear communicator who can simplify complex ideas

• Coachable, fast learner, and comfortable with rejection

• Organized and able to manage high activity volume

Nice to Have

• Prior sales or customer-facing experience

• Exposure to manufacturing, construction, or technical products

• Languages: English, Mandarin, French, Spanish, Arabic

Compensation

• $60,000-$68,000 OTE

• 60:40 Base:Commission

• Standard benefits

• 2 weeks vacation

Salary: $60,000 – $68,000 / yearOriginally posted on Himalayas

How this was produced

Highlights are found by rule, not by a model: each one is a phrase matched at a known position, and every note is a template we wrote. The two scores come from a typed-decision model (Jev) that reads the listing against the official role definition and real listings for the same role, and returns probabilities rather than prose — it never writes any of the words on this page, and never chooses what to highlight.

Deterministic penalty applied to the HR score: 12 points (from 75 before penalties). Reviewed 21 Sep 2026.
